Welcome to Fitwarden! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fitwarden corporate wellness platform operated by Fitwarden Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Service Description

Fitwarden provides a gamified corporate wellness platform that includes:

• Step tracking and fitness challenges
• Mental health and wellness games
• Team competitions and social features
• Analytics and reporting for employers
• Integration with wearable devices

2. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be authorized by your employer to participate
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false or misleading health information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission
• Upload viruses or malicious code

4. Privacy and Data

5. Employer Access

Your employer may have access to:

Individual health data remains private and is not shared with employers.

6. Subscription and Billing

Service subscriptions are managed by your employer. Individual users do not have direct billing relationships with Fitwarden unless specifically agreed upon.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fitwarden Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitwarden Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
